Yes i really like filmaking and it makes it way more interesting.

Coming up with some ideas, and sometimes editing is difficult.

One thing I would change is that we would have more time to work on our videos.

At first I didn't like blogging but yeah I think it has helped a little bit,
because you put questions in the about history for us to answer.

I think filmaking was very fun, it made the class more fun and I actually
couldn't wait to come to class beacuse I was excited to do the videos.

I think creating our own music video was super fun and funny. At first it was hard trying to think of some lyrics to fit in the song Bad Romance by Lady Gaga but then once we started to get some ideas everything just came together. I think Edwin was a great leaderand he helped out a lot withthe video,but it was kelsey and I that made up the lyrics. I thought that this music video project was interesting and it helped me understand the Proclamation of 1763. Likw I learnedtt it was a law that banned British from traveling west and thats what we put in our song.My group did a great job of working together too. Even know this was fun and stuff I like doing the regular group videos better. well thats all. Thanks

Yeah the writing assignment helped me understand the French and indian war a little better. I could't really know about which one i would choose because we haven't started the taping anything yet. No I don't think I have any questions about the Frenchand Indian War, but I do need help with my writing assignment. I have some good ideas , but I can't seemto get it all together. I just don't know what facts to put in there. Could you give me some ideas? Yeah I can't wait to do the group videos, it will be so fun. I would like to choose our own genre.

When reading the article i found that the French and Indian war was interesting. I would write the two page paper.I hope we will have more than 1 day in the computer lab to work on that paper because my computer is broke and my brother is leaving for college so I can't use his either. For Thanks giving then and now we both ate turkey but all we do now is have to go to the store to buy it and in the 1700s they had to go out and kill their turkey.

Throughout chapter 5, section three was my favorite. I found it to be the most interesting because I liked learning about the different kind of crops and how they were different. I thought learning about slave codes in that section was the most interesting too because I never knew about them. Out of the four videos that i have saw i thought our group video was the best, i really do. I think it was funny and it had some good information in it. Yes, I learned about each colonies and where they were, and sadly I can say that before I didn't know where all the middle colonies were. I think that the theme is great, I would love to do a musical.

Filmaking had become a lot easier, we seem to come up with really great ideas quicker and we know what were doing. The problems that we are running into is getting music on our video and getting it all pieced together in time. Yeah I think the video has enhanced the lecture. Our group leader was Edwin Poon and he played an active role in the video by just being funny and going along with everything we would tell him. For our next group leader I want it to be Kelsey because she is very good at being leader. I really don't know what I would like my video to be for the next time, and something that I have not yet tried. I guess we could interview people and see what they know about history.

My opinion on the chapter 4 section 4 test would have to be that I thought it was difficult at first but then once I studied it and looked over the section more i began to understand what was going on. Our group topic is the Middle colonies. We decided to make it were we were going back in time. I like the ideas that we came up with for our video. The plot would probably be on Americas Next top model if I had to choose. I would make each person come from a state and they would tell stuff about each of their states.haha. i know kind of dumb.

One of the colonies i picked is New Hampshire, it was established in Jnue 21,1788. New Hampshire startes out as a proprietary colony but it became a royal colony in 1679. N, i don't think I could have lived like the Puritans/pilgrims in New Enland after learning about their daily life and customs. I wouldn't want people telling me what I need to believe in and I wouldn't want to have to travel and seperate from people all the time. I am deffinatly looking foward to films. I want to learn about Pocahantus more sence there is some stuff that I never have known before. I think it would be good for our film too.

I would give the power point a rating of 3. I would choose Pocatontas because she is a very interesting person to learn about. I disliked the test because it was hard and there was a lot of names to learn and study. I would like to be in the conguistadores group,because they traveled a lot and got to find new places and land and i like to travel so i think it would be fun. If my group had a change I would be very upset because i really like my group members, they are fun to work with. Well thats all.

I think our video would have to be rated a 6 or 7. It wasn't edited yet so thats why I rate it that.Yes I think the movies enhanced the lecture. It helped me understand what was going on and gave me a better understanding of the whole chapter. No I wouldn't want to do any other subject, I enjoyed watching the videos with the class. The thing that I thought was the most interesting was when you were talking about the "Fountain of Youth", it made me want to learn more about it.

Yes at first it was difficult to think of an idea, but once you gave us an idea then it lead to other
great ideas. The person i worked the best with in my group would probably have to be Edwin,because he just does what hes told and he's really funny and entertaining. YorkTown's
leader was Kelsey Plamer and she was a great leader, she thought of some amazing ideas. Yeah I kind of thought we had enough time to get our video done. My role in our video was being one of the indians and on one of our commercials I was a girl from Sweden. One thing that we would change in our film if we had more time would have be making our Oprah show longer because it was really funny.

One thing I remember about the lecture in class was to get
those papers signed by Monday. Then you told us to think of
some ideas with our group for our next video assignment. Yes I
am looking forward to making a historical film. If I could add one
more person to my group it would be Randy Peck because hes got
good video editing skills, hes smart, and funny.

Our group is planning on having our filming in the gym. We are going to
make it funny and it will be involve a football,basketball,softball,and mini
swimming pool for Edmin. We will have to indroduce ourselves and tell what
our hobbies are and what we like,and just stuff about us that we think is
important. I really enjoy working with my group members. They are very nice
and fun to work with. Our group name is Yorks Town and the meaning -a town
in SE,VA , a scene of surrender of Cornwallis to Washington(1781). Theres no
difficulties in our group.

My first impressions of my early American History class are good. I want to learn and have fun while learning. I think that early American History is important and interesting to learn.
